Paparan Media Sosial, Gaya Hidup Hedonis, Dan Pengelolaan Keuangan Mahasiswa: Peran Mental Budgeting Di Kota Kupang

Student financial management is increasingly important because social media exposure and lifestyle-oriented consumption may shape spending decisions. This study examines the effects of social media exposure and hedonic lifestyle on student financial management in Kupang City and tests the role of mental budgeting. A quantitative design was applied to 102 students from three private universities. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed through descriptive statistics and Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling. The findings show that social media exposure was moderately high, hedonic lifestyle was low, financial management was moderately good, and mental budgeting was good. The structural results indicate that social media exposure and hedonic lifestyle did not significantly affect financial management. Mental budgeting had a positive and significant direct effect but did not moderate the relationships between the independent variables and financial management. These findings highlight the practical need for campus-based financial education focused on budgeting discipline, impulse-spending control, and periodic financial evaluation.

Integrating Village Digitalization and Health Interventions: Inclusive Transformation in Paddinging Village, South Sulawesi

This study aims to address the digital technology gap and the high prevalence of stunting in Paddinging Village, South Sulawesi, through an integrated community service program combining village digitalization and public health intervention. The significance of this initiative lies in its potential to serve as a replicable model for inclusive and sustainable village development, particularly in underdeveloped, frontier, and outermost (3T) areas across Indonesia. A qualitative participatory approach was employed, utilizing observation, semi-structured interviews, training, direct demonstrations, and active coordination with village officials, local youth, Posyandu cadres, and community members. Three main programs were implemented: (1) the creation of a Google Sites-based village website to enhance public information transparency and service accessibility; (2) QRASPIRASI, a QR code-based digital suggestion box system using Google Forms to strengthen citizen participation and government responsiveness; and (3) a stunting prevention intervention through nutrition education, toddler growth monitoring, and healthy food cooking demonstrations in collaboration with Posyandu cadres and Puskesmas health workers. The key findings demonstrate that the village website successfully improved access to public information and governance transparency, QRASPIRASI effectively facilitated two-way communication between residents and the village government with faster documented responses, and the stunting program enhanced parental knowledge of balanced nutrition and early detection of at-risk toddlers. These findings imply that an integrative model combining digital transformation and community health intervention is effective in promoting participatory, transparent, and sustainable village development, and can be adapted for other regions facing similar challenges in alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals and the national village digitalization agenda.

Pengembangan Sistem Informasi Pengarsipan Surat Berbasis Web pada Bidang Hukum, Kepegawaian, dan Umum Dinas Pendidikan Aceh

The management of letters in the Legal, Personnel, and General Affairs Division of the Aceh Education Office is still carried out manually, causing several issues such as slow archive retrieval, risk of recording errors, and potential document loss. These conditions reduce the effectiveness of administrative processes. This study aims to design a web-based letter archiving information system to improve archive management so it becomes faster, more organized, and more accurate. The system was developed using the waterfall method, which includes requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and testing stages. The system is built using PHP programming language and MySQL database to support centralized data storage. Main features include login with user role separation, incoming letter data management, search by agenda number or letter number, data editing, report generation, and logout. Testing results show that all functions run according to design, including data input, search, update, and deletion processes. The system is also able to provide validation for user input errors. The use of a web-based system improves work efficiency, speeds up administrative processes, and ensures accuracy and neatness in letter archive management within the institution.

Implementasi Pembelajaran Praktik Tata Boga dalam Meningkatkan Keterampilan Memasak Siswa di SMK Negeri 3 Langsa

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi pembelajaran praktik tata boga dalam meningkatkan keterampilan memasak siswa di SMK Negeri 3 Langsa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas guru tata boga, siswa, serta pihak sekolah yang terlibat dalam proses pembelajaran praktik. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi pembelajaran praktik tata boga dilaksanakan melalui perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi praktik memasak secara terstruktur. Guru menerapkan metode demonstrasi, praktik langsung, dan kerja kelompok untuk meningkatkan pemahaman serta keterampilan siswa. Pembelajaran praktik memberikan dampak positif terhadap kemampuan siswa dalam mengolah makanan, menyajikan hidangan, menjaga kebersihan, serta meningkatkan kreativitas dan rasa percaya diri siswa. Faktor pendukung meliputi ketersediaan fasilitas praktik dan dukungan guru, sedangkan faktor penghambat berupa keterbatasan bahan praktik dan perbedaan kemampuan siswa. Dengan demikian, pembelajaran praktik tata boga berperan penting dalam meningkatkan keterampilan memasak siswa.

Pengalaman Siswa terhadap Layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling dalam Mengatasi Permasalahan Sosial di MAN 1 Aceh Timur

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengalaman siswa terhadap layanan bimbingan dan konseling dalam mengatasi permasalahan sosial di MAN 1 Aceh Timur. Permasalahan sosial yang dialami siswa, seperti konflik pertemanan, rendahnya rasa percaya diri, kesulitan beradaptasi, dan kurangnya kemampuan komunikasi, memerlukan perhatian khusus melalui layanan bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian terdiri atas guru bimbingan dan konseling serta beberapa siswa yang pernah mengikuti layanan konseling. Data dianalisis melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa layanan bimbingan dan konseling memberikan dampak positif terhadap kemampuan siswa dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan sosial yang mereka hadapi. Siswa merasa lebih terbuka, percaya diri, dan mampu menjalin hubungan sosial yang lebih baik setelah mengikuti layanan konseling. Selain itu, pendekatan yang komunikatif dan empatik dari guru bimbingan dan konseling menjadi faktor penting dalam keberhasilan layanan tersebut. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan evaluasi dan pengembangan layanan bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah.

Pengaruh Tata Kelola Perusahaan yang Baik terhadap Kinerja Keuangan dengan Pengungkapan Laporan Berkelanjutan sebagai Variabel Moderasi

This quantitative study aims to analyze the influence of corporate governance on the financial performance of energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2021–2023 period, with sustainability report disclosure as a moderating variable. Corporate governance in this study is represented by managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and audit committee size. Secondary data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and moderated regression analysis to examine the moderating role of sustainability report disclosure in the relationship between corporate governance and financial performance. The results indicate that institutional ownership has a significant influence on financial performance, while managerial ownership and audit committee size do not show a significant effect. Furthermore, sustainability report disclosure significantly moderates the relationship between institutional ownership and financial performance, but does not moderate the influence of managerial ownership and audit committee size.

Analisis Tingkat Kepuasan Tenant dan Upaya Peningkatan Kualitas Layanan di Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus XYZ dengan Quality Function Deployment

This research is motivated by the mismatch between the quality of industrial area services and tenant expectations. The study aims to examine the level of tenant satisfaction and formulate service quality improvement priorities in the XYZ Special Economic Zone (SEZ) using the Service Quality (SERVQUAL) and Quality Function Deployment (QFD) approaches. The research sample consisted of 30 respondents from six active tenant companies using a quantitative survey method. The study was conducted through SERVQUAL gap measurements and needs mapping in the House of Quality (HOQ). The results showed that the level of satisfaction was in the fair to good category, but all attributes still had positive gaps. The largest gaps were found in fiber optic/internet services and area security (1.23), followed by cleanliness (1.23) and road infrastructure in the assurance dimension (1.20). The main technical priorities include improving facility reliability, evaluating infrastructure based on tenant needs, implementing predictive maintenance, and strengthening service SOPs. These findings provide an operational basis for SEZ managers in determining service improvement priorities in a measurable manner based on tenant needs.
